The Estes Method is a female-fronted metal band forged in the shadows of Kansas City, MO in December 2024. Blending haunting melodies with brutal riffs, they explore themes of personal ruin, rebirth, and the chaos in between. Fusing heavy metal with dark atmospheres and cinematic tension, their sound is a descent into emotional extremes — equal parts raw vulnerability and unrelenting power.
